In With Fit isn’t about painfully logging every detail, it’s about setting a monthly goal and being active consistently, every week, every month, all year long. HOW IN WITH FIT WORKS
1. Sign in
Sign in using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account and complete your In With Fit profile. New phone? No problem! All of your workouts are automatically saved to the cloud. If you sign in again on a new device your information will be synced. Booya!
2. Set a monthly goal
Decide how many days in a month you’d like to work out and then press the number in the center of the screen to set your monthly goal. If next month you decide it needs to increase or decrease, no problem, update it any time!
3. Add a workout
Press the "+" button in the bottom menu of any screen and type a short description of your workout. Click on "Today" if you ever need to adjust the date of your workout.
4. Monitor your progress
Determine if you’re ahead or behind your monthly goal at a glance! Press on the status icon in the bottom menu of any screen for a detailed description of how you're doing. Build up streaks, monitor your stats, and have some fun building a habit. You got this!
BETTER WITH IN WITH FIT PREMIUM
1. Plan your workouts in advance
As you plan your workouts for the day, week, or month the Planner will suggest a workout schedule based on your monthly goal and current progress. You will receive a reminder notification on days you plan to workout. As you check off workouts from the to-do list like experience, they will be added to your completed workouts. Only users with an In With Fit Premium subscription have access to the Planner.
2. Your workouts are categorized for you
In With Fit Premium will automatically categorize workouts you’ve added by muscle group and activity. Then you have access to all of that information in the form of enhanced visuals and statistics (described below).
3. Enhanced visuals and statistics
Visualize exactly what, when, and how you’ve been working out with stats that only users with an In With Fit Premium subscription have access to. Including a graph that displays your progression through this and past month goals, a pie chart breaking down each type of workout activity, and an image of the human body highlighting what muscle groups you have been working out the hardest.
In With Fit Premium is sold as a monthly subscription purchased within the app using the App Store. The subscription renews automatically and you can cancel your subscription anytime.
